Apart from using our front door the top floor is self contained. We’d like you to respect our privacy as we would yours and we do expect you to keep the top floor clean and tidy at all times.

To live here you would need to love dogs (as we have two - a Labrador and a Lab/Collie cross).

The rent includes all bills, Inc broadband and Virgin media TV with sports channels. and Netflix. The house is in an ideal location, situated just a few minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes drive to Gosport ferry and 15 minutes to Fareham train station. It also has a bus stop very close to the house.

There is also a space for a car to be parked at the front of the house.
