Double room available for short term let - in a four bedroom detached house within 50 meters of the beach. Less than 10 minutes walk to local shops , cafes and amenities in Lee on the Solent.

The bedroom is located on the ground floor - includes a bed, chair, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and TV. Access to your own large bathroom include toilet, bath & overhead shower is next door to the bedroom on the ground floor. Can also include bedding and towels.

Access to your own fridge/freezer is downstairs in the utility room with access to washing machine and racking for hanging washing. Washing can also be hung outside in the secure garden.

The kitchen is located upstairs - shared use of kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave , airfryer, oven, induction hob & cooking equipment. There is a terrace area off the kitchen benefitting from views of the Solent and Isle of Wight.

There is a downstairs lounge area with sofas, TV and log burner stove.

Outside, there is secure south facing back garden to relax or hang washing! and a front garden.

Off road parking.

This is a family home occupied mostly by myself a 52 year old female (working from home) and my son who attends college full time. There is a small cockerpoo dog and a domestic cat living in the house so must be Ok with pets (everyone friendly and house trained).

Looking for a professional working adult who has been in their job more than 6 months with a permanent position, or a student in further education. Someone that will treat the home as their own, keep clean, and tidy as you go. Must be able to supply a reference.

Ideally looking for a Monday to Friday. Will consider weekends if on a short term let.

Internet, council tax and bills included.

Deposit and a months rent will need to be paid up front to secure room. Payments going forward are paid 1st of each month in full in advance. There is a one month notice period to terminate.
