Close to the Lee-on-the- Solent seafront with restaurants and cafe's and beach/promanade. (Limited) sea view! There is a a Tesco and Co-op within a stone's throw of the house and more shops in Gosport and Fareham. The house is detached, with three partially furnished bedrooms, a large open plan living space and a deck area. The TVs, projector and screen are all included. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge/freezer with filtered water on tap.  

The main bedroom has an emperor sized mattress and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room. The first bedroom has a TV but no other furnishings at present. The second bedroom is used as an office. The mezzanine level above the living area is used as an office.

The bathroom is spacious with storage space and there is a second seperate toilet. There is a gym in the basement. It has a TV and some gym equipment. The house has a yard but no garden. There is parking for two vehicles.
