The large double bedroom has a nice outlook and is furnished to a high standard being newly decorated and carpeted. There is a tasteful vanity unit in the bedroom and ample storage, with light oak double bed, bedside cabinets, tasteful lamps, double wardrobe, chest of draws and tallboy with large mirror over feature fireplace and another above the vanity unit. Comfy chair and matching long mirror (if required), plenty of shelves and broadband.

The property is centrally heated, bills are included and with use of some of the other rooms and conservatory, the ground floor accommodation provides plenty of space to breath. Though you will need to share the kitchen with all mod cons and bathroom, there are alternate living rooms, and 3 nos toilet facilities plus whb in each bedroom.. One would expect a good level of tidiness.

The area is quiet and tranquil with the sea, so room would suit a chirpy though quiet individual who though maybe outgoing is respectful of others.

I would prefer a female housemate though I would not rule out the potential for a suitable male: meaning no cold beers on polished surfaces, or boots on table tops or soft furnishings, dirty dishes piled in the sink - these things drive women mad.
