Large Double room with own en suite (shower)

Looking for a responsible housemate to share my home. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac which backs on to a golf course so has wonderful views and is within very easy access to the A3 (1min) and a train station (5min drive).

I have a dog (small rescue) so any potential renter does need to like dogs. Am happy to consider renters who have their own dog. I have some amazing (dog) walks on my doorstep for those who like the great outdoors.

I have a small garden and the kitchen has been recently completely renovated. In addition to the main living room, I have a in-built conservatory with double doors into the garden so plenty of light (even on grey days!)

As an individual, I am a professional who works in London 2 times per week but otherwise works from home.
