I am looking for a responsible housemate to share my home. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac and backs on to a golf course.
The room available has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed with access to own shower en-suite. In addition, the room has big windows so plenty of light / air should you wish.
The house has easy access to the A3 (1min), Liphook village centre (3mins) and Liphook train station (5mins) which is on the Portsmouth / Guildford / Waterloo line. Liphook itself has all the usual amenities with a big Sainsburys, coffee shops, etc.
The house has been totally renovated so everything is pretty new. In addition to the main living room, I have an in-built conservatory with double doors into the garden so plenty of light (even on grey days!). Upstairs has two bedrooms - one of which is my own, a master bathroom and a linen cupboard.
I have a dog (small rescue) and am also happy to consider renters who have their own dog (no cats unfortunately). I also have some amazing walks on my doorstep for those who like the great outdoors.
As an individual, I work in a corporate environment and spend 2 days in London and 3 days working from my home office. I am quite a home-girl and whilst I can be quite a social individual, I am equally happy in my own space doing my own thing. As I am sharing my home, I am keen to find a tenant with similar values.
