Double room with own bathroom in house

This is a double room in a family home. The bedroom and the house are fully furnished. The bedroom has a double bed and bedside table, wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair. I am a live in landlord, however I am away for blocks of 2-3 months at a time working in Canada. I rent out one other room to a professional female and we are looking for another professional female to join us My husband and son will also be back in the house from Canada for two weeks at Christmas. We have a separate lounge.

You will have use of the spacious kitchen/diner and lounge, with TV and broadband. We have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. You will have your own space in the fridge and cupboard space.

The house is conveniently located about an 8 minute walk to Liphook station and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket.

There is space for your car on the driveway and you may store a bike in the garage if you have one. You have use of the garden.
