Light & cosy room w/ garden & free parking

We have available from January 2025 a fully furnished and newly decorated single room in our 2-bedroom bungalow with all bills included.

We are based in a very quiet cul-de-sac with ample free on-street parking. We have a lovely L-shaped garden available for your use and relaxation, including a vegetable patch! The property is within walking distance of the local shops and the train station, which is a mainline for London and Portsmouth. We are less than a 5-minute drive from the A3.

There is a communal living room/dining area with a huge comfy sofa and we have ample fridge/freezer space indoors and in the garage. There is one main bathroom with a bath/shower/toilet, as well as a separate toilet.

We are an active couple so are looking for a lodger who will complement our interests and who is respectful and clean. We are both training to be accountants and are currently studying to complete these exams. We are looking for someone who does day shifts only, leaving no earlier than 6:30-7ish and getting home no later than 8-9pm.
