Air Con / Garden / Free Parking

We have available a fully furnished and newly decorated single room in our 2-bedroom bungalow with all bills included.

We are based in a very quiet cul-de-sac with ample free on-street parking. We have a lovely L-shaped garden available for your use and relaxation! The property is within walking distance of the local shops and the train station, which is a mainline for London and Portsmouth. We are less than a 5-minute drive from the A3. We are around a 10 minute drive from Petersfield/Liphook, 20 minute drive from Haslemere/Alton/Midhurst and 30 minute drive to Guildford/Portsmouth/Chichester.

There is a communal living room/dining area with a huge comfy sofa and we have ample fridge/freezer space. There is one main bathroom as well as a separate toilet. The house is fully air conditioned.

We are an active couple so are looking for a lodger who will complement our interests and who is respectful and clean. We are looking for a professional who does day shifts only, leaving no earlier than 6:30-7am ish and getting home no later than 8-9pm ish. Unfortunately there would not be room for the lodger to work from home.

We have had 5 happy lodgers so far who have only moved on through their own changes in circumstance :)
