Self-contained studio 2 mins walk to train station

We are offering a one bedroom self-contained studio just 2 minutes walk from Liss station on the Portsmouth to London Waterloo train line. It is ideal for a commuter who may be working away from home during the week.
We live in the house on site but the studio is completely separate with its own entrance and amenities.
Although in the centre of the village we are in a tiny, no through road so the location is very quiet.
We are in the South Downs National Park with excellent walking and cycling trails literally on the doorstep.
The studio is newly renovated and has a super king double bed which can be converted to twin beds if preferred. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and an en suite shower room.
In the main room is a smart TV, wardrobe with hanging and drawer space, a 2 seat sofa and a table with 2 chairs.
Outside there is a bistro table and chairs to enjoy some fresh air.
