Comfortable room in family home

This room would make a good, home base for someone looking for a quiet family space to share, maybe to help with saving for your own place for a time. You would have sole use of a seperate, modern bathroom and use of a well -equipped kitchen and attractive garden space. The rural location means you'd probably need to have your own car and space can be made on the drive for this. Our previous housemates have been self- contained and amiable which suits us well. We're friendly and enjoy a chat, but want to get on with our own things too. Part-time occupancy and flexibility would be considered on pro rata basis.
We do have a single room with desk as a possible alternative if this suits better.
