Hello!
Big freshly painted airy room with new furniture/blind/lamps ready for you to relax in after work. It has IKEA hovag mattress which is what we chose for our own beds. High capacity built in wardrobe storage space. Brand new duvet /pillows /bedding/towels available if required.
Your personal space and quiet life is respected but happy to help advise on the local area if needed.

Prices below include all bills and good WiFi.

3 ways to live with us :
1/Monday to Friday (or Tues- Sat) for £500/month.
includes bedding and towels replaced weekly if you wish.
2/full-time temporary in the immediate short-term up to 3 months £600/month
3/If you are a calm spiritual type who would be the perfect match with us let's talk about full-time long-term at £550/month. We love singing round the fire, nature, dancing, yoga, meditation etc.....

It's a nice spacious house with chill out lounge, garden, big kitchen diner.
The bathroom is right next to your room, and because one person works nights and the other is flexible there is noone else rushing to use the bathroom in the mornings, and there is an extra toilet downstairs.
We have a big TV screen (no licence) we only occasionally use at the weekend to watch a movie so you would be welcome to have that in your room for Netflix etc. Mon to Fri

House is at the end of a cul de sac so quiet with no through traffic, we are friendly with neighbours, and it feels very happy and secure here. Plenty of parking. Few minutes walk to Locks Heath shopping centre with doctors, chemist, barbers, hairdressers, 24/7 gym and 2 buses an hour to Fareham/Southampton/Portsmouth.
Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Swanwick, River Hamble, Warsash beach. Desirable area.

Sprinkles and Mr Fluffy, cat brothers who are casual occaisonal (non rent paying!) tenants of our utility room.
No smoking/drugs/heavy drinking please.
It's generally pretty quiet here, only one of us in past 9pm weekdays and we dont have many visitors, occaisonally family or friends for relaxed small group get together at the weekend.

We have a good close and relaxed relationship with the landlord who is happy for us to handle arrangements with you.
We have British Gas homecare so are fully covered for all heating/electric/plumbing issues and landlord recently installed new flooring in hall and lounge.
It's a harmonious, functional, happy home.
