Spacious double in quiet house part-time

Hello....
This room is available on a part-time basis for someone who already has a home elsewhere but needs a place to stay for work or training purposes. Please tell me about your situation in your message :>)

We can offer 5 nights a week for £500 a month inclusive of all bills including council tax. £450/month for 4 nights, £400/month for 3 nights.
Would consider a full short-term let (max 3 months) at £700/month.

Comfy bed with IKEA hovag mattress. Bedside tables, chest of drawers.
High capacity built in storage space.
Bedding/towels available if required.
Own fridge.

Available for an independent person working regular hours out of the house, sorry not home workers.

The bathroom is shared but due to our working hours you will be the only one wanting to shower in the morning, plus there is an extra toilet downstairs.

House vibe :
Warm -no skimping on the heating!
Quiet. No smoking/drugs/heavy drinking/overnight visitors.
Introvert-friendly: your personal space and quiet life is totally respected but happy to help advise on the local area if needed.
Easy going, reasonably clean and tidy.

House is at the end of a cul de sac with no through traffic, good neighbours, it feels happy and secure here. Few minutes walk to Locks Heath shopping centre with Waitrose, Iceland, doctors, chemist, barbers, hairdressers, 24/7 gym, restaurants.
Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Swanwick, River Hamble, Warsash beach. Desirable area.
