Double room in Locks Heath

Large, semi furnished, double room available for single occupancy from November in a house with 2 others.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, large built in cupboard and chest of drawers.

Sharing with one 32yr old female and a 30yr old male as well as 2 very friendly house cats. We are looking for a 20-40yr old professional to share with us. We are looking for someone laid back, respectful and friendly. We are a friendly bunch, It would be great if you were friendly and have a sense of humour.

The property is a 4 bed detached in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a garden, a large drive way so off road parking is aways available, and a garage. The house is within a 5 minute drive from Swanwick train station. Very close to a local park, shops and gym. The beach and whitely shopping centre are both within a 10 minute drive away.

All bills are included apart from the share of council tax (which is £80 pcm) and a tumble dryer is available at an additional cost per use.

There is no smoking inside the house but vaping is ok. Sorry but strictly no DSS or couples and references are required :)
