The house is within a 5 minute drive from Swanwick train station and a 10 minute commute to Whitely Business Parks. Very close to a local park, shops and gym. The beach and whitely shopping centre are both within a 10 minute drive away.
All bills are included and a tumble dryer is available at a small additional cost per use.
There is no smoking inside the house. Sorry but no couples and references are required :)
