Very large bedroom in modern townhouse (en suite)

Hello! I am renting out my largest spare bedroom in my modern home in Locks Heath, which is a sizeable three storey townhouse with 4 bedrooms and a well maintained garden area.
I have a cleaner that comes for shared areas every couple of weeks and this is included in the cost of the rent.
This room comes with premium furniture; a large wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, drawers and a king size deluxe bed. You will have exclusive use of the bathroom next to it and your own designated parking space. All bills are included.
The property is really quiet; in a cul-de-sac style location with no street noise.
I do not plan on adding any other housemates so it will just be the two of us.
About me: I am a working professional. I have two small dogs who come here a few days a week; they are incredibly well behaved and hopefully you'll like them as much as I do!
If you'd like the room on a short term basis or as a couple, I'd be happy to consider this for a higher monthly payment.
