Cosy Room in Calm, Respectful House Share

Hey! I’m looking for someone to share my home — ideally someone who enjoys a peaceful environment, values personal space, and is generally easygoing. I’m fairly quiet and introverted, but I’m not a total hermit — I’m up for the occasional chat, walk, run, board game, or TV binge if we click. That said, I do have a bit of a social battery limit, so someone who understands that balance would be ideal.

The room is furnished with:

A double bed
Built-in wardrobe
Desk and chair
Armchair (and TV if required)
Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, water, internet, council tax, etc.).
Shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also a double driveway we could both park on.

This would suit someone who:

Prefers a relaxed, respectful living environment.
Gets the need for quiet time and personal space.
Wouldn’t mind a bit of occasional company but doesn’t expect constant interaction.
