Bus service to Southampton, Portsmouth and Fareham within walking distance.

Local shops and takeaways a 2 minute walk. There is a local shopping centre that has a Waitrose, chemist, bakery, post office, butchers and hairdressers etc which is a 10 minute walk. I have a 1 year old cat but he spends most of his time outside.

Rental price includes internet and tv, Utilities and council tax will be split 50/50 separately.

I work 5 days a week enjoy spending my free time going out with friends and family or watching football, tv/movies, playing xbox etc. Im outgoing but also comfortable in my own company.

The housemate im looking for would preferably have similar interests, not be a smoker (but you can smoke outside). Be a laid back, trusting and clean person.
