Good parking at station. 5 mins walking distance to Locks Heath Centre for banks/PO/shopping. 10 mins cycle to Warsash College, also bus route. Off road parking for tenant car or bike. Access to kitchen/washing machine/garden (for occasional smokes if necessary!) . Couple of good local pubs. Tenant would have to accept Fraser the Scottie who is very sociable. Ideal facilities/location for Warsash College and few minutes from M27.
