Large double bedsitting room

A large double 'bed/sitting' room with TV, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle. Twin beds that can be placed together to form a double. If a couple take the room there is a £50 per month surcharge. This light airy room has dual aspect. Our kitchen is very big with a sitting TV area. Broadband is available. We have an Aga cooker and an electric cooker and a dishwasher for your use if needed. Washing machine and tumble dryer for those wet days!! You have your own shower, loo and handbasin that is shared with one other person. We have a dog and a 3 legged cat. We are looking for a professional person who has a good sense of humour.
