Looking for 1 female to rent Bright Single room in shared House..
This is a female only house,
1 Single Small Room available Fully Furnished

Single Bright Room at Front of property
Recently redecorated including New Carpet & Furniture.
Share House with myself & one other female.
I work at Southampton Hospital presently working as a housekeeper in Cancer care, with Young people 16-24yrs, working most days. Room is available from 1st August, when present lodger leaves.
Use of kitchen, 2 bathroom etc and garden, lounge. With Wireless network. Parking area in a quiet close. 
House is about 1.5 mile from Southampton Hospital, can be walked in about 15/20mins, or take a buses, to the hospital from local Sainsburys few mins walk.
Driving about 5mins to USH.
I Drive & park a few mins walk to work. Depending on job & hours adhoc, permits are sometimes given.
Close to local supermarket and other shops lordshill area, a few mins walk & to a large bus route. 

The city centre & docks are about 3 miles & closer shopping Shirley about 2 half miles.

2.5miles approx, to the University, which can be easily assessed by bus route. Also on a bus route to Romsey & Winchester 

Only a few minuets drive from the M271 & M27. So easy access to other areas, Winchester, Romsey, New Forest, etc

All bills are included in the monthly rent.
A deposit of £250 + 1 months rent required on moving in.. If deposit is a problem Please still contact me we may be able 2 agree on something.

Deposit is refundable at end of stay, on condition that the letting Agreement rules are adhered to & we require 1 months notice.

Would prefer long term, however at first there will be a 4 months trial period., which can be extended, If both parties are happy with the arrangements.. Will explain more on viewing.
Visits for viewing are welcome can be any time to fit in with my shift, mainly after 4pm most days. Please contact for more detail & to view if interested.

Transport ALL Buses go into city centre, also to the Hospitals, University,
Some routes to Romsey, Winchester
Train station City centre about 3.5 miles.

Neighbourhood is a quiet area so good for people who do Night Shifts
Near by few mins walk, Large Sainsburys, Sells most things including Clothes & Argos,
Shops included: Post Office, Hair dressers. Charity Shop, Pharmacy
Dentist, Doctors surgery, Library, Church Hall, Pub, Bingo Hall Petrol station

A number of Parks close by
Other Shop, about 1.5 miles.
