I am looking for a housemate who is friendly, reliable, considerate and fairly tidy, to share my 3 bed house with.

I'd like to find someone who is not only a housemate, but someone who is also a friend.

I live in a quiet cul-de-sac in Lordshill, Southampton and is in an ideal location for Lordshill Centre for Sainsbury’s and buses (2 mins walk) and Southampton General Hospital (15 mins walk). It's also close to M271.

The house is in good decorative order with shared use of the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and garden. There is also a large shed in the garden which can be used to store a bike or other bits and bobs.

Guaranteed parking is also available on the double driveway.

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase and bedside table.

All bills included which also includes Sky TV and unlimited broadband.
