Furnished single bedroom available now. Newly refurbished house featuring large communal kitchen and living room. Upstairs shared bathroom. Wifi available, off road parking, shared utilities; fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and cooking utensils. Outside washing line access available. Large garden with seating area. Smoking is not prohibited but should be done outside. We have a large but very friendly and gentle dog and also a timid cat so must be animal friendly, however no other pets can be brought to the house. We require a £50 deposit which is non-refundable. Rent includes all bills. Weekly in advance.
