I am a live-in landlord. However, I am often away many days a week and returning on weekends. This is a calm and quiet residential area.

Given my travels and lifestyle, this means you will have the entire house for most of the time to share with other lodger with access to shared living rooms, a kitchen, dining and of course full use of the garden. Ample off-road parking is available on the drive.

The three-bedroomed house is beautifully looked after and has a calm feel about it, being adjacent to the Lordswood in the rear garden.

Walking distance (20 minutes) to the Southampton University Hospital. The Xelabus (X11) bus stops in front of the property.
