Cat Lover Wanted for Kitsch Flat Share

Hi there, I am a quiet professional in my 30's looking for a flatmate to share my 1st floor, 2 bed flat in Southampton

The room offered is a good size double - Part furnished with double bed, side tables, bookcase, clothes rail and a storage bench.

There is a shared kitchen, lounge, balcony and bathroom with shower over bath.

The decor of the shared areas is kitch/retro/maximalist. I enjoy decorating seasonally.

There is first come-first served street parking, and we also have a lockable shed for bikes. Flat is well situated for the General Hospital, and shops like Sainsbury's Local, M&S Food and the Range. Easy driving distance of the M3 and M27.

I have two indoor cats; Peach and Daisy, who are sometimes timid, but very affectionate - they love to be petted and played with.

I regularly work away, and in the evenings, so it's really helpful for me to have live-in cat sitters for cuddles, feeding etc. I do have friends and family who can come in look after them if housemates are unavailable/not comfortable with cat care.

The room is available mid-April.
