2 bed terrace house, very close to hospital, local shops and bus connections. Sharing with friendly, bubbly, single live in landlady. Must like cats as I have 2 very adorable ones. Wifi available. Shared lounge with free view TV, shared kitchen and bathroom. Price includes all bills apart from food and a one off payment for a parking permit if required. I also have a lovely garden with a suntrap patio in the summer! neighbours are lovely.
I am a self employed beauty therapist I work from home and mobile, so would need someone to be tolerated of people coming in and out sometimes. But only between normal working hrs. Sometimes till 8pm ish.
