The kitchen is fully integrated with full use of a washing machine, fridge, freezer and oven. There is a garden to the rear with a lawn and patio area.

I am a professional and am usually away during the week as well as over some weekends, so you will have the house to yourself for much of the time.

Bell street is situated on an unadopted road with the opportunity for free parking adjacent or near to the property.

The house is located within walking distance of the centre of Ludgershall which has many local amenities including shops, pubs and takeaways.
