Bus route is 5 minutes walk The number 8 /Activ8 Bus to Andover Station takes 18 minutes. Share house with owner and one other lodger and a small well behaved dog. Broadband included.
You'll have access to a shared kitchen/diner, newly modernized bathroom and convenient parking right outside the house.
I'm looking for someone who is working locally during the week and heads back home on the weekends. Weekend stays can be discussed also.
Its a friendly house but I value my space, peace and quiet and property, so I’m looking for someone respectful, trustworthy and tidy who will treat the place accordingly.
