Single room 10 mins walk from the high street

Small single furnished room in a 3 bedroom house. I own the house and live here with my 2 female spaniels. The dogs are friendly, well behaved gun dogs and only stay downstairs.
There is a shared bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs. Parking is available if needed. Full access anytime to kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer etc), lounge, garden etc
I’m very sociable, enjoy going out and have a wide circle of friends and family but also enjoy quiet nights at home. The house and the area is very peaceful. My girlfriend stays often but has her own house.
Would probably suit someone who works in Lymington Monday to Friday but available all week too.
Lymington high street is an easy 10 min walk. The train station is a 25 min walk. Any other questions give me a shout. Thanks for reading my advert. Adam
