Room to let - bills included

I am a retired teacher looking to share my home. I get on well with people of all ages, nationalities and walks of life. Accommodation comprises a large south facing bedroom with lots of natural light, wardrobe space, desk/dresser, storage and a double bed. You would have the use of your own bathroom and we would share the kitchen which is well equipped. The house is in council tax band E, has 3 bedrooms and is in a semi-gated group of 13 houses just off the High St. It has a large shared garden at the front and a private walled garden at the rear which you would have access to. I have previously shared my home and enjoy the company of others whilst respecting the need for boundaries and personal space.
