The room sits at the end of the hall and is 15ft x 11ft. It comes with a new bed and mattress and was recently painted and had a new carpet. There is a separate bathroom (shared with 1 person)
The house has a large kitchen/diner, a large table, a large range cooker & washing machine.
The house is Grade 2 listed and located on Lymington High Street. Parking is out the back in the large public Car Park. There’s no garden unfortunately but the Grove is close by and everything is on the door step.
Must be a professional working person. Non smoker/vaper.
Sadly my current lodger is moving out so viewing is available and you can meet us both for a reference from both of us. It’s a great home to live in and the date could be flexible.
