There is a separate bathroom (shared with 1 person)
The house has a large kitchen/diner, a large table, a large range cooker & washing machine.
The house is Grade 2 listed and located on Lymington High Street. Parking is out the back in the large public Car Park. There’s no garden unfortunately but the Grove is close by and everything is on the door step.
Must be a professional working person. Non smoker/vaper.
A viewing is available most days or evenings.
It’s a great home to live in and the date could be flexible.
I do have a small, quiet and very friendly dog.
