Bedroom W/private separate bathroom

The owner of the house; of whom you would share the kitchen/dining/living space with, is in her 90's, mentally in her 60's but struggles physically. She is fully independent however she has aids around the house.

The room available is currently furnished including a single bed (but it would fit a 4ft or at a squeeze a double). The room also comes with a separate bathroom that is for your private use alone. The bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath.
The furniture & pictures etc are all removable if requested. We would like to encourage you to make it your own as much as possible.

In the shared kitchen you will have your own fridge. Shared lounge & dining area are also available to use, however the owner does spend most of her time in the lounge.

Free WiFi and use of washing machine.

There is a small garden you are welcome to use, and if you are a keen gardener then feel free to grow or maintain things.

There is also a driveway that you can park your car on in front of the house.

All we ask is if the bins could be taken out and if the grass in the garden could be mowed every couple of weeks in the summer.

The owner is looking for a female, kind and friendly and preferably DBS checked.
