2 bedrooms to rent in Lymington

This is a 3 beroom house, 1 room already taken, There is a shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom and seperate toilet. There is a Garden and parking on the road.

One room has a double bed in it and the other has a single in it. One has a bed, side table, chest of draws.

I'm looking to only rent out one room at the moment as turned on into a Spare room/ office got my business. No pets, children, DSS. Also smoking doesnt matter as i do but only outside.
£450 covers your rent, and bills. I also have BT Infinity and BT Vison.

You must be tidy, clean up after yourself and help with general cleaning.
Im a 27 year old girl, i live here and im the landlady. Im quite chatty and will make u feel at home, bubbley can be hyper but also chilled out. The person who moves in needs to be hygenic, clean and tidy.
