looking for a house mate to share with me and my girlfriend. (She does not live here Tuesday and Thursdays)
On a mon-fri basis its £400pcm friday 7 days a week its £500 pcm.
The room is really spacious and overlooks the large back garden.
there is a big shared bathroom with large bath/ shower.
the interiors are bright, modern and clean. we have wifi & widescreen TV, DVD, surround sound etc & a projector for movies! big kitchen with breakfast bar, gas cooker, grill, oven, microwave and all utensils, crockery etc to use.
The massive sunny back garden, has a decked area, with lighting & water feature, perfect for summer bbq action.
i am easy going, working as a yacht designer locally. I surf/ windsurf & like ot keep active. I travel a lot with work and holidays too. so tenant would need to be professional & hopefully similar interests. i work 9-6pm. This room would suit a young professional who likes to be close to the sea!
we have a cool cat, so the lodger would need to be ok with that. she is very friendly and not noisy.
There is a large drive for 2 cars and lots of free parking on the street, also have a big loft & garage so loads of storage space. We are in a cul de sac so its a quiet location, but just 10 min walk to high street or 2 mins to the marinas & the sea walls.
