Double Annex Bedroom

Furnished double annex bedroom, with sliding glass doors onto south-facing patio. The room is separate to the main house, & is therefore very private, with its own bathroom & shower in the house, & use of the kitchen. I work locally, & share the house with my 27 year old son, who also works locally in the Marine Industry. I would like a lodger who is clean, tidy & quiet.

We have one very friendly dog. The house is situated opposite Pennington Common, 10 minutes walk from
Lymington High Street.
