I have a week day flat share closer to my work so i will rarely if ever be here. So what you are getting a a flat to yourself for the price of a room. Including use of lounge with 40" smart tv, blueray, surround sound and broadband.
The room is a double and currently has a metal framed sofa bed, however I can fit a double in there or you are welcome to use your own furniture.
You will have a cupboard in the kitchen and room in the fridge. There is a cleaner who comes once a week.
