Double Room - Close to Lymington HighStreet

Double room for rent in my house, which is a 3 min walk from Lymington high street.
The room is furnished with a double bed & chest of drawers - wardrobe too if wanted. Recently decorated, white walls, big window - really light & pleasant room. There's a garden and plenty of on-street parking.
Bills all included, and a cleaner comes weekly.
I often work from home and I have a cat.
Female lodger preferred.
