Located in the village of Emery Down and a 5 minute stroll up the lane to The New Forest Inn and also access straight into the New Forest for walking etc

Access to:-
1 It is a 10 minute drive to Ashurst Railway Station then on to
London in just over an hour or via Southampton railway
station to other destinations North, South, West and East
2 Be on the beach in 30 minutes with Bournemouth 45 mins
away
3 Lyndhurst town is a 15 minute walk or short car journey to
car park where you will find Bars, Restaurants, Tesco/Co
Op stores and Café culture a plenty!
4 A 30 minute drive/taxi to Southampton town centre with
access to Ferries to IOW, nightlife, Theatre and the
Westgate shopping centre

I`m looking for someone or a couple to share Home Farm with me
You could be working or retired

You would have:-
1 A Double room with en-suite and views form all windows to
the New Forest
2 Your own Lounge area with log fire ( logs supplied !!) I
have my own
3 Shared use of a large kitchen
4 Utility room with Washer and Dryer
5 Use of Garage to store your bikes etc
6 Parking for up to 2 cars ( more can be facilitated occasionally)
7 Car battery charging could be made available at an extra
charge to cover
