The property is situated between Winchester and Southampton, in a beautiful Meon Valley village which has great amenities. It’s also with walking distance of The Shoe PH, recently voted the 2nd best pub in England!!

Attached to my house I have a one bedroomed modern stylish 1 bedroomed furnished annexe with kitchen, sitting room, fitted bedroom and shower room. This is a very quiet area with no public transport so a car is essential. We have private parking on the driveway.

The property has its own access, parking, storage and outside garden and terrace. My husband has recently gone into a care home and I have used the annexe for his live in carer, who I now no longer need.

I anticipate selling the property in due course, but could offer a definite 4 months tenancy for the right person. After that, it will be month by month, nut could be quite a while, given the poor state of the house selling market!!!
The monthly rent will include all bills, council tax, Wi-Fi etc, , cleaner and fresh linen/towels fortnightly.
