First floor flat overlooking village green

Although this is classed as a single room I beleive a double may fit . The room is to the back of the property overlooking the garden...the flat is above a coffee shop which closes at 4pm.. the view from the living room is over the village green.. Parking is via the public car park in the village or during the evening street parking is available. The room is unfurnished.. although I have a single bed in there if required..
At the moment I am rarely in the flat but am looking for someone who is easy to get on with, clean and tidy preferably a female with a professional background
