Furnished large room with live in land lady. I work from home in my other spare room/office room. Looking for a woman, no couples, non-smoker. Full week rental or part week rentals negotiable.

Room has plenty of shelving and storage. You can decorate as you wish within reason, I'm pretty flexible. You will need your own bedding, cooking tools etc.
Shared bathroom, large living room and garden access.
Must be ok with living with cats.
Kitchen comes with some shared utensils and utilities, including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and utility room. Lots of cupboard space for you. Shared use of separate fridge and freezer (both large).
Located close to motor way access, NHS park and ride, and very close to bus stop with direct routes to city centre.
Parking available on the side of the road or on grass outside of the house.

This is my own home, so no agencies involved. I'm quite house proud and recently renovated the bathroom and slowly decorating throughout. You are expected to be respectful of the home, clean and tidy in your room and communal spaces. Slightly gothic vibe, very homely (in my opinion)
I enjoy gaming and watching films, very creative. I support disability/neurodivergent people and consider myself to be very supportive and inclusive of all needs, requirements, backgrounds, LGBTQ+ etc.

Bills included but will be reviewed if use of utilities is abused/inline with general bill I creases.
