Understanding, dog loving tenant, dog nanny, house sharer wanted.
Share of house and large garden.
I am ceramic artist so art studio/pottery, kiln either/or share is available. Some dog sitting duties all negotiable.
Furnished or unfurnished double room. Bedroom has wifi tv only - no terrestrial tv channels in house.
Kitchen has allocated cupboards, share of american fidge freezer, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher etc.
Shared washing machine and dryer.
Bathroom has allocated cupboards and storage.
Parking directly outside house. Garage can be available for two wheeled vehicles only No pets as I have 5 dogs and parrots, also snakes. Share of energy bills, household chores in shared areas though a lot is done by me due to dogs etc.
Pref given to potters (clay not Harry) with use of kiln and studio negotiable, alternate lifestyle scooterist, biker etc
This can be a messy and chaotic place to live, it can be loud but we have boundaries and respect. No smokers no drunks xxx

Short lets also available. For shorter stays there is coffee/tea maker, food warmer mini fridge etc in the room.
