Large room choice of 2 furnished or unfurnished

Large double room 1: Share of bills but not halved because I work from home so I contribute a bit more. Internet and tv channels are included in rent.
There is a parking space outside for a car or van, m'cycle can be parked on back patio if it fits down the side alley.
Room has food warmer, counter fridge, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker and large flat screen tv with streaming channels, no terrestrial tv in the house. Has been redecorated etc but waiting on house owner to replace the old but servicable carpet.
Bathroom has electric shower and bath. The double room has its own set of towels, bedding etc but you are welcome to bring your own.
Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. House has washing machine and dryer in the bird room.
The double room is designed for person who prefers to keep mostly separate from rest of the house. You are required to clean bathroom after use and keep your room clean and tidy. There is a lot of storage for your things to be kept in your room.
Also suitable for short stays poa.
The smaller double room 2 is for a house share. A house sharer would normally be expected to help out with housework in communal areas and occasional dog sitting LOL. Share of bills, but again not halved. As well as your own room (with roku tv - streaming channels included, there is no terrestial tv in the house) you would have your own shelves in the bathroom, space in the fridge/freezer and own cupboards in the kitchen.
I prefer to keep vistors to a minimum as some of the dogs and birds are not happy around strangers but in the warmer months the garden is open, for eating and visiting. I do painting and craft demos out there, there is also a reading room/study in the house and an art/craft studio plus pottery in the garden.
My last sharer built a small (fenced off) allotment at the end of the garden, currently unattended.
