I am a working professional at Southampton Uni and will be away for some collaboration work until 17th December. I want to rent my room whilst I am away. It is a nice house with central location. The rent I stated in the title is much less than I personally pay. Plus, nearest offers welcome. I can consider weekly lets as well at a rate of £100 per week.
You will be staying with 2 English and 1 Spanish and will need meet the landlord briefly.
