This room is single occupancy only and not available to couples. Or pets. We are looking for a female as we want to level up the numbers in the house.

The house has been recently acquired by the live in Landlord who will be living here with his Dog a black labrador. He has a successful letting business letting luxury HMO's in Southampton. He will eventually be renovating the house in a couple of years time. For now he will be letting one room. The house has a dated decor but recently painted and freshened up and made very homely ready to be enjoyed.
