Large double en-suite in countryside

Hi. I am offering a double bedroom (3.5 X 4.8m) with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, in my home.

The property is set in 2.5 acres of garden with paddock, and had a light refurbishment 9 yrs ago.
The bedroom has just been completely redecorated and newly carpeted (pictured). It looks out to the rear of the house over the south facing garden. It will come furnished with the essentials - a double bed, chest of drawers, and a bed side table, but there is more if you would like it. I am happy if you wish to bring your own furniture too. There is also a TV aerial coaxial socket in the room.

The kitchen and living room have the usual services (electric cooker, dishwasher; TV, DVD player) and are shared between us. For those who know, there is also an AGA in the kitchen, although it is normally off except in the coldest winter months. Fibre broadband up to 50 M/B is also included.

The village has a pub, church and community shop which are all within 5 - 10 mins walking distance.
There is no public transport however, so you must have your own. Ample off street parking available.

I am normally home quite a bit and currently not working. I enjoy the outside and some occasional gardening, but am not your typical country set person.

I am looking for a relaxed person who is clean and tidy, reasonably sociable, and with whom I can occasionally share an evening meal together with, but who can also be self sufficient. I am only looking to rent one room.

The perfect housemate would probably be a 30 yr old + professional looking for a relaxed home and someone to share a few drinks with now and again.

The room is available until December, when family engagements mean it will need to be vacated.
Extensions to the rental are possible for the right person, but this can be discussed in person.
