I am away a few days of the week, so you would have the run of the flat when I am not there.
I live two mins from Netley Station, on Station Road. There is also a bus stop just by the house that goes into Southampton. There is off-street, allocated parking.
The room is five minutes walk to Royal Victoria Park and fifteen minutes to Southampton Water. It is close to shops and cafes.
I am a 52 year old professional lady who is quiet and clean and would like a flat mate who is like- minded.
I would consider someone with a pet.
