Large Double Room with Ensuite Shower

I have a beautiful, light and spacious, west facing room available to rent in my home; available immediately or as and when required. It is situated at the back of my house, overlooking the garden. It has its own en-suite shower room, is on the top floor of my townhouse and also benefits from its own air-conditioning unit, which is truly glorious during summer heat-waves! I live here on my own and am only seeking one lodger.

My house is well kept, I have a large kitchen/dining/living room on the ground floor with tv, shown in the photos, which leads out onto a sunny garden. There is also a lounge with further tv on the first floor, also in the photos. We have a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine in the utility room, which I am happy to share with my new lodger.

We are a short 5 minute walk to Netley train station, with direct trains to Southampton Central Station and Portsmouth. The no.15 bus stops near my house and runs into Hamble one way or the City Centre and Central Station the other way. The M27 is approx. a 5 minute drive from here. To drive to Ocean Village over the Itchen Bridge takes approx. 15 minutes.

There is a footpath through to Royal Victoria Country Park and Netley beach.

Off-street parking is available on the driveway.

There is fully boosted super-fast wi-fi throughout the house. All bills are included. (We are Council Tax Band D.)
