Room in Netley Abbey (Mon-Fri Let)

Hi, I'm Mel and I run a pet care business. I have my own dog and sometimes have additional dogs boarding in my home, so it is essential that my new housemate is a dog lover!

I am looking for someone friendly, reliable, tidy and who will be respectful of my home. Smokers will be considered, but smoking will be restricted to the outdoor areas.

My home is a semi detached property, located within a very quiet cul de sac within the lovely village of Netley Abbey.

The room is fully furnished with a SINGLE bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and TV.
Bathroom and kitchen areas would be shared.
Parking is also available.

The location has easy access to public transport, being a few mins walk from Netley train station with direct lines to both Southampton and Portsmouth and also regular buses running through the village.
Ideal location for contractors working within the local areas.
