The house is in a gated community of four similar houses, so it is very secure and private. It is located just a few yards from the water front and next to the main Park. It's a short walk to the main street of shops (100 yards) which has a Co-op, Chinese, India, Chemist and Dry Cleaners. The bus stop to Southampton City Centre is just 100 yards and the train station is a five minute walk or a two minute car ride and the parking there is free to rail users. Its about 15 minutes into Southampton with all the amenities of a modern City. If you need to get to the Motorway it is 7 minutes to the large Tesco roundabout (other Supermarkets are available).
This is a double room located right next to the family bathroom which they will share with one other person.. I have very good quality beds and furniture available for you to pick from, plus pictures and mirrors etc to personalise them. If you need pillows and linen or pretty much anything else I will have plenty to choose from, or bring your own.
The house is notary old so everything is nearly new. It's been a family home in that time so very well looked after. There is a spare American sized fridge freezer in the study so no waiting or lack of cold storage space, plus lots of storage both in the house and in the garage.
