My partner and I have rented the property for 4 years. Very tidy, and completely furnished throughout (aside from room for rent)
Virgin Fibre broadband
1 upstairs bathroom with W/C and shower. Downstairs shower room with W/C. Both for shared use.
Bedroom has built in wardrobe and drawers.
Looking for tidy, professional person to share the house, either short-term (min 6 months) or long term. Must be dog friendly...and able to pass referencing with our letting agency, so would need to be working.
Would consider a couple but that would increase the rent due to utilities usage.
