We have a well-furnished Double Room in a detached 3 bedroom house in New Milton.

It is on a quiet road just 5 minutes walk from the train station, the centre of town, the library and shops and 2 minutes from the sports centre. The house has a comfortable shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and sun room with a lovely garden.

There is also parking available. All bills included except WIFI that is an extra £16 per month, no smokers or pets.
The shared facilities include:
- kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, etc.
- bathroom with electric shower
- lounge.
- garden.

The house is clean, quiet, friendly & easy-going, with on-road and some off-road parking. The existing tenants are professional. Buses between Lymington and Bournemouth pass the end of the road. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The price quoted is for one person.
