Lovely room available

A room is going to be available in my flat from the 1st February 2026. The flat is situated right on the highstreet so close to all shops and public transport routes. There is no parking at the flat but plenty of places nearby to park. The room has a lovely big window, overlooking trees. It will be fully furnished as well with a bed, cupboard, drawers and table. Whoever moves in will be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom with me but the room will be yours. I'm very private and keep to myself so I won't get in your way, however, if you're a friendly person, that's an extra bonus! Whoever moves in has to love cats as I have a cat who means the world to me and I might ask you to look after her if I go away for a night.
