Single room, close to station

We are looking for someone who doesn't mind living with two spaniels. It's a recently-decorated, box room, which is modern and clean. Homely house, lovely garden. We are easy-going, honest, friendly and straight-forward. I am a teacher, other half was a chef, so you could share meals/split grocery bills with us if you like.
